  1. These are amazing pictures — but I really want to know what’s up with that gladiator sheep. Had the State Fair introduced some events I don’t know anything about? Ours starts this weekend, and now I’m REALLY excited to see what’s in store…

  2. You make me proud kid. I always knew your creativity and I’m happy that you found it extends to the camera too. You’re a natural. Love, Mom.

  4. I know I’m commenting months late, but I’ve been wasting time all day hitting the “previous” button on your blog. You’re great!

I just want to know if there were Tiger Ears at the fair. I lived in Indiana till I was 12. I lived in Brazil and was in the Greencastle Branch back when they met in a farmhouse, and then moved to Terre Haute. We left there right after they split the ward in two. There’s probably a whole stake in TH now since that was, yes, 25 years ago (and BTW, how did THAT happen?). Anyway, it was always a Church Welfare Project to have a Tiger Ear booth at the State Fair. I have wonderful memories of hanging around the booth while my parents took a turn working, eating deep-fried dough with cinnamon sugar. Do they still do that?
