Oh, where was I? That’s right.
That’s right, the 500 Festival parade, you know, the whole Indy 500 thing that happened on Sunday?

But alas, he was getting paid for this. I do it for free.
Speaking of free, here’s Uncle Sam.
He got a little tripped up just past Monument Circle. I was hoping he’d bust free but they got the balloon under control. Darn.
300,000 people go to this parade. I pretty much had the sweetest seat in the house.
Unfortunately the first parade the moosh ever went to was the Parade of Dreams at Disneyland. She pretty much thought this parade was a snooze fest. Bummer.

I don’t get the Jesus clowns. Also, Whitney looks much less “plus sized” than when she was on ANTM. Hmmmmm…. I can’t imagine anyone in the fashion industry encouraged her to lose some of the weight that made her so “juicy.” OK… done with the snark. Did you go to the race?

The parade was pretty good this year. Not as many stars as last year but, oh well. I guess you can’t have McDreamy and McSteamy two years in a row. We found great seats on the circle right next to some Jesus clowns. Gotta love taking the family out for a nice day in the city and being told they are going to “that bad place” for watching TV.
Our family had a great time.

Um…Jesus…clowns? Is that what it sounds like? Seems a tad sacreligious, if you ask me. And I gotta say, The Parade of Dreams sets a pretty high bar. But some of those floats were awesome, and those dresses looked like they were made of frosting or something.
