I see you there with your phone hidden under the table.

You see, not too long ago I was hiding my phone under the table too.

While all my friends tapped out tweets and updated statuses on their fancy phones I could do exactly two things with mine.

A) Call people. B) Be called by people.

For one of you that is all about to change…because one of you will be winning a brand spanking new Motorola DROID RAZR from Verizon.

Not only will one of you win the thinnest smart phone on the market, one of you will win a smartphone that is encased in KEVLAR. (You know, the stuff bullet proof vests are made out of?)

It also utilizes Corning Gorilla glass and is treated with a water repellant nanocoating.

Basically it’s a spaceship posing as a phone with an 8MP camera.

The DROID RAZR runs on the Verizon 4G LTE network which I can attest works incredibly well and you’ll have access to the amazing apps and widgets available only on a DROID powered phone. iPhone, what?

  5. About my phone…. I have a Palm Pre that I bought used. My old phone kicked the bucket, but I scarified my early upgrade to my techno geek hubby, so he could have his iPhone. Fast forward nine months later- I’m eight months pregnant, and the Breadwinner still has his iPhone in pristine condition. My Palm’s screen is cracked, the ringer turns off on its own, and the keys stick. Hey, don’t blame the last two quirks on me. However, the only electronic device I treat with any sort of gentleness is my beloved Canon t2i, but that camera is my firstborn.
    Why should you give me this Driod? Because if it is made of Kevlar, it should come to live with me. I need an indestructible phone, not just for me, but my infant. I need a smartphone to access websites that tell me how to take care of my child when I am out and about. I need to stay connected, yo.

  25. It’s my husband who I’m trying to win this for, really. 🙂 He has been using this ridiculous LG phone that’s supposed to be an Android smartphone, but it won’t do a darn thing without freezing or something. 😦 He can barely make calls on it. :p Thank goodness he’s somewhat patient!

    His favorite sandwich? Anything with spicy italian meats and pepperoncini. 🙂

  27. Oh Casey, I’m stuck in the dark ages since having to switch this past summer to a prepaid old school candy bar phone…a new smartphone is JUST what I need…not to mention that tough Kevlar for when despite my best efforts to never drop it…the joys of being a klutz! ❤

  28. I have a pink LG Venus which has seen better days; texting takes me forever and my camera no longer works. My husband keeps telling me to get a smart phone but so far, none have caught my fancy until now…I want a RAZR 🙂

  40. I need this phone. I need a phone. Currently the phone I have is a samsung something that is a touch screen. The screen is so scratched and cracked that I can barely see anything and can’t really make calls on it because the screen sucks so bad. I am hoping to get a new one after christmas when we have more dollars to spend but if I could win one here???? Well that would be a Christmas miracle!

  44. I’m really a fan of the avacado BLT, though my husband, who I would give this to because his phone keeps turning off & is functionally useless because of it, is more of a ham & swiss kind of guy.

    And I’m awfully impressed by all teh space age materials going on there – it really IS a droid, not just a phone! wow.

  49. After wrestling with my boys in the leaves…my father in law set fire to the piles for the boys to watch…the down-side: My current phone at the bottom of the ashes and no insurance. Motorolla is BY FAR my favorite carrier and this would simply be amazing!
